In a deviation from my usual cheek dressing, I’ve been rocking a peachier blush this summer. Usually I opt for a pinky glow to my face however this year I have been most definitely feeling the sun kissed vibe and checking out alternatives to the fresh-faced (maybe as a reaction to the incessant rain that seems to have plagued the majority of 2016 thus far).
One peachy cream blush which has taken my fancy is the Vapour Beauty Aura Multi Use Classic stick in Spark (£31.00). I picked up a sample (or two) of this from Naturisimo a couple of months back and was instantly hooked.
I haven’t (as yet) gone full on on the peach cheek front but this particular one as is a great starting point. Spark is a sheer pinky peach; not too orange and not too coral, it (like the other eight beautiful shades in the range) is designed to give your cheeks natural glow which is both youthful and flattering.
Aura Multi Use sticks contain 70% certified organic ingredients and are gluten free. Vapour Beauty use a infusion of anti-inflammatory Frankincense, antioxidant Tulsi and calming Lotus Flowers to nourish the skin and help create that radiant appearance.
As with pretty much all cream products, Aura Multi-Use stick is near foolproof; apply too much and it can be blended away; apply to little just add a little more. The sticks are so versatile and can be worn as cheek, lip or even eye colour – perfect for creating a tonal make-up or for a minimal make-up bag. You can apply to the face directly from the tube however I find it benefits from a little warming first so try working some onto the back of your hand and using that as a palette.
