The time has come for my final post of 2017 and it is of course the annual summing up of my favourite products of the year; an eclectic mixture of skincare and make-up. As ever it’s been a tough choice but I have whittled it down to the five products which in my mind stood out above the others I have used this year in one way or another…
So what here they are, my Top Five products of 2017…
Rosehip BioRegenerate Rapid Radiance Mask – Pai (£30.00)
This is one of my all time favourite face masks – I use it about three times a week! An instantly effective mask which restores radiance to skin, the BioRegenerate mask is designed specifically to tackle dryness and dehydration in dry and sensitive skins. I suffer from all of the afore mentioned and notice a real difference in my skin after use.

Agave Lip Mask – Bite Beauty ($26.00)
Formulated using a blend of organic oils and waxes and organic Agave Nectar and infused with Bite Beauty’s hero ingredient Trans-resveratrol (a powerful antioxidant which allegedly provides antioxidant benefits equivalent to 15 glasses of red wine!). This lip mask was an instant hit when I received it as a belated birthday present earlier this year – it was love at first slick!!

Age Defy+ Tinted DD Cream – Green People (£36.00)
Whilst I didn’t love this first off, the inclusion of the Green People DD Cream in my top five of 2017 proves that sometimes things can change further down the track. The first certified organic DD Cream in the UK, it has become a permanent fixture in my make-up bag – and indeed those of family members and friends too!

Happy Cream Blush – Kjaer Weis (£41.00/£24.00)
Happy became my favourite cream blush of the year really by default; it is the shade and cheek product that I have almost certainly used most one the past year. A beautiful cream blusher which has been a staple for me when working on light to medium toned skin and a must-have when I am doing kids TV make-up – I’ve done a lot of kids commercials this year!

Berry Tinted Lip Balm – Weleda (£6.95)
I was so excited when Weleda released their tinted lip balms earlier this year and straight away Berry was my favourite of the three shades. A deep toned nude which leaves a hint of berry-toned colour and a soft sheen to the lips. It’s the kind of bitten lip shade which enhances the natural colour of the lips, making it an ideal choice for barely there make-up’s and daily use.
