Today marks the start of Zero Waste Week 2018, an annual event that (this year) runs from the 3rd – 7th September. Zero Waste Week first came into existence in 2008 (happy 10th anniversary!) here in the UK but quickly became a global initiative.
Yesterday was the first of the month and with it came the start of Plastic Free July. Living up to it’s name, Plastic Free July is an annual global event which challenges individuals to give up single use plastic throughout the entire month.
