It probably won’t have escaped your notice but my little blog has had a bit of a makeover and I have finally made the transition from Blogger to WordPress.
This move has been long time coming (I started [intermittently] rebuilding the site in Summer 2014!) and the reason it has happened now is because quite frankly I lost the plot with Blogger this week – it’s a long story…
There will do doubt be a few teething problems during this transition from Blogger to WordPress so do please bare with me. Anyone who has done this swap will appreciate that the programs work in very different ways and so it is very much a learning curb!
As with anything new there are things to tweak and pages to add, but hopefully all will come together over the coming weeks. All the posts published in 2016 are full edited and have tags and categories all in place, however it will take me a little time to work through the remaining 37o-odd posts to ensure they are all fully integrated too. In time there will also be a new portfolio page plus the addition of a Newsletter and some other bits – including of course the Step By Step guides which have taken a back seat this month (thanks to my tantrum with Blogger).
If you follow my blog via Bloglovin’ then hopefully nothing should have changed. I have migrated my Bloglovin’ followers from one platform to the other and so (technically) things should run as usual (fingers crossed). In case there are any problems I have published a post on the old Blogger site with a link pointing to here :)
Do let me know what you think and please, please let me know if something is amiss.
Enjoy taking a look around :)

Thanks Hayley. A work in progress but it is coming together slowly :)
Looking forward to reading your blog posts on your new platform. Good luck with the change over.
