I recently worked on a corporate shoot for a global technology company. I can’t share many of the details with you at the moment however I do want to briefly share my love for the lipstick I used on the lead actress during the shoot.
HoneyBerry High Pigment Pencil from Bite Beauty (C$17.00) is described as a toasted almond and is at the browner end of the nude scale. Somewhat reminiscent of the shades Angelina Jolie would wear back in the day (co-incidentally our actress had more than a little Angie about her), it is a flattering shade and has a long-lasting satin finish. Like all of the Bite Beauty lip colours, Honeyberry is formulated using micronised pigments which give a opaque payoff. It has a smooth and creamy texture and goes on easily and evenly.
The High Pigment Pencils are full of beneficial ingredients; a nourishing bend of botanical oils, waxes and butters (such as jojoba, shea and castor seed) combined with vitamin E and the antioxidant resveratrol. Each pencil contains the equivalent amount of resveratrol as found in five glasses of red wine!! All the more reason to invest in a couple of shades ;)
