I can’t believe it, we’re in the 5th month already! We’ve reached E in our alphabetical journey through eco make-up companies.
Who Are They? A London-based mineral make-up company, who’s motto reads Beauty For All The Colours of The World
Eco-Credentials: free from all the nasties you’d expect them to be including Bismuth Oxychloride; vegan friendly.
The Products: A wide selection of loose mineral make-up in a fantastic array of shades. If you are looking for non-ashy mineral bases in darker shades then these are definitely worth a punt!
Favourite Products: I love their eyeshadows. If I need a loose powder shadow, then I’ll check out their shades first! The bronzer is lovely too; I wrote about it a couple of years ago (here).
Who Are They? A brow product company founded by brow specialist Marco Ochoa
Eco-Credentials: 100% natural, free from parabens, sulphates and pthalates
The Products: EcoBrow Defining Wax is a mineral-based, smudge-proof, paraben-free brow wax available in six shades.
Favourite Products: Well the only do one. It’s pretty good too – I need to add more shades to my kit. Blog post coming soon.
Who Are They? A Canadian based
Eco-Credentials: Vegan; certified by PETA and Leaping Bunny. Committed to the Just Beautiful Pledge
The Products: A comprehensive range of colour cosmetics in some fabulous shades. The products are housed in bamboo or cardboard packaging – stylish and ethical!
Favourite Products: I have yet to try any of these products but they looks lovely and I’ve read good things online.
Who Are They? An Australian owned company producing antioxidant rich, natural cosmetics
Eco-Credentials: No nasties such as parabens, talc, petroleum derived ingredients; some vegan options; cruelty free
The Products: Something for everyone, Ere Perez have a wide range of products including liquid and powder foundations, lipsticks, bronzers and even brushes.
Favourite Products: I’ve only tried the Beetroot Lip and Cheek Tint so I can’t really say but EP gets a lot of love in the Bloggersphere.
