Category Archives: On Screen This Sunday, many will be celebrating Mothering Sunday in the UK and so rather than suggesting some beautiful gift ideas (I’ve seen some great posts out there so I don’t see the need), I thought I would say it with flowers and share a little piece of my past work.  The third and final promo in the Volkswagen Motability series is by far and away my favourite and the one which genuinely brings a tear to my eye whenever I see it..  You may remember a couple of weeks ago I shared the first in the series of short promos I worked on for Volkswagen early last year. The films highlight Volkswagen’s part in The Motability Scheme – here is the second in the series.  Way back in March (it seems such a long time ago now) I worked on a mini series of promos for Volkswagen Motability. The promos were shot in South London and demonstrate Volkswagen’s involvement in The Motability Scheme, which helps people who receive specific allowances (such as Disability Living Allowance and War Pensioners Allowance) to buy or lease cars.  This months one from the vault is a bit of a double bubble (well it is nearly christmas). Not only am I writing about a lipstick which is perfect for the festive season, but also you get a music promo to watch too – consider it an early christmas present! ;)  As many of you may know, I headed up the Make-up Department on a British feature film over the summer and of course I couldn’t do it without making it as clean and ethical as possible from a make-up perspective – it’s second nature.
