Whilst I am not a real advocate of regular use of facial wipes, I do acknowledge that they have their uses. I always keep a pack in my kit; I like to be prepared for all eventualities so keep a pack of facial wipes and a pack of baby wipes just in case (the former for faces and other bodily parts and the other for cleaning work surfaces, shoes etc)…
Footwear and armpits aside, in all honestly, some people just prefer wipes for removing their make-up and, no matter how many alternative methods of facial cleansing I offer, will not be moved on the matter.
Natracare Cleansing Wipes (£3.99) are the worlds first COSMOS certified facial wipe. Designed for sensitive skin, they use GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton, infused with botanical extracts; Chamomile, almond oil and apricot – all ingredients beneficial to the skin.
I initially came across Natracare wipes about eighteen months ago and they were an immediate inclusion in my kit where they became an instant hit with the presenting team I regularly work with. The vegan friendly wipes remove make-up quickly and tackle the most stubborn on lipsticks with ease. They will also remove eye make-up however you may need a secondary remover for water-proof mascaras and liners.
Despite the sensitive skin suitability claim some (myself included) may find them a little too astringent, however those who tend not to suffer from sensitivity will find them a great alternative to mainstream products.
What’s your take on facial wipes? Have you tried these particular ones?
