Over the next few weeks I will be taking time out from blogging as I am about to start work on a very exciting new project – I have taken on the role of Make-up Designer for a forthcoming British feature film!
It has been a while since I took on a film job (even longer since I worked as Designer) as I took time out to have a family; film shooting schedules are not particularly suited to life with a young child. Now that my small person is about to start school (don’t ask me where the time has gone!), I decided it was time to consider taking on longer projects – this particular project has come a little sooner than expected but it was too good an opportunity to pass on.
I am hugely excited and thoroughly looking forward to the challenge however this does mean that my little blog will have to take a back seat for a while as I am unable to juggle everything without something suffering.
I won’t be going MIA completely as I have scheduled some posts in advance however I will only be posting once a week for the next couple of months. I will also do my best to keep up with my Twitter and Instagram accounts and hopefully share some behind the scenes, make-up and prep images with you.
