Swedish high street retailer are relaunching their beauty line. Usually I wouldn’t take a great deal of notice in this news, however in this occasion I am all ears for they are apparently including a range of ECOCERT approved products! The Conscious Beauty line has been designed to aline with the company’s Conscious clothing collection […]

  • Ooh this is exciting as long as the ingredients are good! Thanks for the heads up :)ReplyCancel

  • Hey Amber
I know, I am more than a little excited at the prospect however there is certainly an element of dread that the collection may just be a flash in the pan or be not quite as clean as they make out. Only time will tell….

This months rummage through the vault looks at a product that is a mainstay of my male grooming kit and to be quite honest, often gets a run out on female make-up’s too…

A week or so ago I came across an article that made me feel more than a little disappointed.  Ren Skincare; pioneers of affordable luxury natural skincare and cult beauty favourite have been acquired by the international giant that is Unilever. The official press statement from Unilever on 2nd March 2015 reads: Unilever announced today that it […]

  • I think it is such a shame that REN have sold out to Unilever. A lot of people were upset when they announced it and their Facebook feed was full of people expressing their concern and dismay. I too will discontinue to use their products!ReplyCancel

  • I've only just started using REN and fell in love, but I now have a different outlook on the brand – thanks for sharing I will most likely not re-purchase any of the items I have found useful it's such a shame when things like this happen!

  • It is indeed, there are loads of other amazing natural brands on the market so don't give up hope – you will fall in love again I promise :)ReplyCancel

Know where I can find these now? They seem to have stopped making them (along with the blush colour I liked)…. What is their deal, anyway? No sooner than they come out with a cool product than they eliminate it in favour of something inferior!
…Or, do you know of a similar, all-natural product? I got my mom the Green People lip crayon trio, she became addicted to the Sangria colour (I think), and now has run out. I need to help her find a replacement before she reverts back to chemical-laden, standard cosmetics! Thanks…….ReplyCancel

Sadly they have stopped producing these. If you search around the internet I saw amazon had some and a few other places but I guess numbers are dwindling :(ReplyCancel

I’m still on the hunt for an alternative. Burt’s Bess and Ilia both do crayons but the consistency is more like a lipstick than a Matt crayon… the search continues – so frustrating!!
