  • I think that what you did is a brave decision and I wish other people would do it too, I was happy about the new ban coming into Europe but the issue of China still bothers me, a lot of the larger natural brands that I once used now are in china and has led me to use smaller UK brands instead.ReplyCancel

    • Hi Ana, thanks for getting in touch and thank you for your support. I appreciate that my single voice does absolutely nothing to sway the decision MAC / Aveda have taken but I think its the principle of the thing – I haven’t purchased from Body Shop since they were sold to L’Oreal! Call me stubborn but its all very well making natural/cruelty free/vegan etc claims but they have to be backed up!
      Its great you are finding smaller brands, there are some real gems out there:)

  • I stopped using Mac when they began selling in China too, so annoying :( although their ridiculous price increases and such make me feel like I’m not missing much anyway! Thought I’d let you know I’m following you now, and I have a cruelty free blog too :) xxReplyCancel
