If you are in the market for a versatile and reasonably priced eye brush, then this one may just be up your street.
Zoeva 235 Contour Shader Brush
The 235 Contour shader brush is a small and perfectly formed little guy. The (vegan friendly) taklon bristles are angled and the shape and size of the head means that not only can it be used for applying shadow to the main area of the lid but also for contouring and definition as fits perfectly into the socket line.
It can be used to apply loose or pressed powder or cream shadows and does an excellent job with all products. I also have used it for fine detail contouring on other parts of the face and body.
The brushes are handmade and go through anything up to a 30 step manufacturing process before they are ready for sale. The wooden handles are 6 times lacquered and are incredibly hard wearing – I don’t have a single chip or flake on the handles of my Zoeva brushes and I’ve had them a good few years!
Zoeva are a great option if you are on a bit of a budget when it comes to brush buying. Admittedly not the cheapest on the market, they do compare favourably, sitting alongside Real Techniques and Bdellium Tools in terms of price point. You can purchase the 235 Contour Shader brush (£8.99) from Love Make-up.
